Weddings with Reception, Ceremony-Only and
Rental Fee for Weddings with Reception is $5,200. Rental Fee for Ceremony-Only is $2,750. Fees Include:
- Enjoyment of the entire 2-acre property with complete privacy for your wedding
- Special event insurance purchased for you by venue staff
- A rehearsal on a day before the wedding scheduled when there are no other events
- Use of two changing suites
- Use of the residence for family members and wedding party
- A walk-through 30 to 60 days before your wedding with the venue representative, your coordinator, caterer and other vendors for planning purposes
- Numerous additional opportunities to see, make plans and enjoy the garden with complimentary admission
Rental Deposit due with a signed Rental Agreement to secure your reservation. Balance due 60 days before the wedding.
Security Deposit refundable in full within 30 days after the event if there are no additional charges for damage, cleaning as a result of your event.
